Hi guys

You might not believe this but I just woke up!
I am lying in my bed again. Looking at my closet wishing it was more full.
I wonder if I can get my hair cut today (layered I mean). Oh my gosh I know what to say now I am going to tell you about the Christmas I had the flu, ok well I was about
……….hold on………I’d say about 8 or so, well I was eating a lot of cheese and cows milk and I am allergic to a lot of dairy and I am allergic to cows milk but I did not know that yet so I was drinking it for breakfast (in my cereal) and when I went to school I got diarria and then, I went home and complained to my mother I was not feeling well I felt awful for the next few days. I hoped I would not feel sick on Christmas day, I only remember waking up in the morning seeing the Christmas lights in my room and walking down the stairs and leaning against the fireplace, it was awful! When we were decorating the Christmas tree I was still sick but by Christmas I was a-o-k thank goodness!
What was your worst sickness?

Luke wants to see Chicken Little. I don’t.

Hmmm.. Probably the fever I had when I was... hang on...
11? 12? Somewhere around there.
I had a temperature of 104, and I was completely delirious, hearing voices and such. Very scary. I had to miss Maria and Gavin's wedding because of it. :( poot.

The Christmas of 1999, I was living in Calgary. Calgary makes me thirsty at the best of times (lack of ocean maybe). That Christmas though I was so sick and dehydrated, I had to go to the hospital. They gave me about 4 bags of saline in an IV.

It wasn't my favorite Christmas, but our kind friends invited us out to their log cabin for Christmas dinner and bundled me up in 40 quilts or so. That was a nice memory in the midst of it all!
